At default, optimised xmp with that newer bios the cpu behave like almost ab OC one, with no power limitations, amp or even tvb limitation.
I don't give a crap about the power consumption anyway.

Yeah, we also have similar ram (for now), we'll have some fun overclocking it to 4000+ (mine is 4x8gb however).

Unify, the Tomahawk is barely an entry level and definitely not MEG.
Not even the Carbon (which is a better MPG one).
Both the Carbon and the MPG Z490 GAMING EDGE WIFI are better than the Tomahawk however on this thread we'll only discuss the 2 MEG, the Ace and the Unify.

Thank you. Looking at those two, I like the looks of Unify more. Is one better than the other? I dont like the colors on the Ace to be honest.

That's my ram and 4 dimms, they do run nice on my X299 system (4000 cl17 1T) but to be honest if I were to buy a brand new kit I should probably getting a dual kit (2x16gb) and 4000+.
Of course the B-die I still have (and planning to use on the new platform as well) will do at least 4000 in dual channel, maybe 4133 with some luck but since they are all running daisy chain ram this time 2 dimms will always do better than 4.
