For matx I would get the Strix G gaming personally. Sure it's not as nice as maximus but there is no maximus matx board so that doesn't even matter.

Asus pros on z490 all about cpu
die sense, accurate ai prediction.All on maximus only

Msi ram oc and good on cpu also aslong you got enough phases etc

So hence y for 10900k oc.. u gonna be on your own with strix.
Maximus is so easy.

Infact to be honest dont see any good matx from any manufacturer. The strix is more like no choice pick.
