I did some investigation and in order for me to boot up from Windows 10 installer, I needed to disable VT-d, but I need that feature as I plan to run Unraid with this motherboard and run Windows 10 VM. Any recommendation on how I should proceed?

Spec:

Mobo: ASUS P6T
CPU: X5675
RAM: 3x8GB Kingston HyperX
BIOS Ver: 1408 + spectre/meltdown patch
Can you disable it, install and re-enable?

I did some research on this issue some time ago but haven't found a workaround to get it working (hence only disabling this feature would let you install Windows 10). As far as I remember this was a BIOS implementation issue hence only ASUS could fix it. But it could also be a hardware issue, I remember some dmesg-entries in Linux while installing a distribution with VT-d enabled.
