They both definitely fit in a 650D.

Case: Cooler Master SGC-1000-KWN1 Storm Enforcer
Cooler: H80
Position: Back
Motherboard + CPU: GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3 + i7 2600k Sandy Bridge
Issues: None, I installed the H80 in the Storm Enforcer case last night without any issues or having to modify the case.
