Anyone got information on the original questions ...

1) is a single 120mm UT60 enough to cool a 680 with a mild OC
2) Is the X20 450 strong enough to run a single GPU loop and the addition of a CPU block later or should I go with the X20 750 ?

As a rule of thumb you need 120 mm per device + 120mm. You could get away with 120mm if you are only cooling a CPU , I have found that GPU's are more demanding when you are watercooling.

I dont know the other parts so cant comment on them.

In my opinion, I think going ahead and buying a nice pump (like an MCP655) And a res that you can tuck away like the micro-res from Swiftech would be your best bet. Having these would make it easier to expand if you wanted to later down the road. And always need more rad.. I would go for AT LEAST a 240.
