Oh wow.. Just found this on AU Trustpilot under aquatuning reviews from June this year..
They don't send items or respond to emails
I purchased some fans and a cpu delidder from Aquatuning. They charged my card pretty much right away, and for the next month I received zero updates to my order. I sent 2 emails to both US and UK customer service but received no reply from either. After messaging one of their reps on Facebook, I was able to cancel my order. They even took a few days to respond to that. All in all it took a month and a day for me to even get the refund process started, and I am still waiting for the funds. Not only this, but there wasn't a single word of apology in the email. Terrible company, stay away at all costs.
Good thing I didn't place an order.. Sounds like they don't operate their Australian site properly anymore..
