EK Supreme HF for AM4?

Hi all, Just a quick question to see if anyone might know. Does EK's AM4 mounting plate for AM4 work on the supreme HF?

I do have the later version which is square for the supreme hf, I just can't verify the dimensions are the same for mounting the bracket to the block.

Appreciate any direction on this, maybe it's time to finally update my cpu block after 8 years.

I have the AMD bracket that came with my block but it's not wide enough to even tap new holes.

so does this plate, look like this plate?

https://www.ekwb.com/shop/mounting-p...preme-hf-amd-1

so my answer to this question is no, but maybe with a little modification to the EVO plate, it might be possible to make it fit on the supreme HF.

That's why I was inquiring, I saw a couple months ago someone on overclockersuk ask about it but no response and a couple other places. Thought it'd be worth a shot to see of anyone had modified something to fit.

I know from the bow curve it wouldn't be a direct fit but wasn't sure of the mounting holes to block dimensions.

For 5 bucks it may be worth a shot and I'll experiment to see how it would go.

well if it does not work, I would suggest getting a heatkiller IV CPU water block, as they make the most amount of different mounting plates for there water blocks. if I ever need a new CPU water block, the heatkiller CPU water block is what I will get.

the original Supreme HF AMD mounting plate has space to drill holes to match the AM4 socket.
It is a now ancient CPU block that is compatible with a lot of platforms and still perform great.
