You wouldn't know how much problems I had with premix Cryofuel...every time it foamed up. Was the red one.

It was perfect for a couple weeks, it literally went clear overnight. Temps are still fine and dont see any issues, must not be clogged yet. But I plan on draining after I hear back from EK and going mayhem.

I'm glad I stumbled across this thread. I was about to make a purchase on their parts (not coolant) and honestly, the way that played out with asking for pics and others previous experience... my business just ended with EK. Ill be abandoning my monoblock idea and returning the EK radiator I just bought. Guess this build is going to be all Heatkiller, Alphacool, and Aquacomputer is seems. Its a shame for them, i've done tens of thousands of dollars of business with them over the years for myself and former customers. I've been seeing many EK gripes lately... Good luck on this OP. I hope your path ends well.

When you are making these purchases, you really have to look at it as "I spent $500+ on loop parts, I shouldn't skimp on $5 shipping and put the $500 at risk". On the bright side, at least you didn't wind up with Primochill VUE.

Personally, I have also simply taken the easier route to just saying no to anything EK the last couple of years. Nips a lot of problems and dissatisfaction in the bud.

Yeah....the little girl hentai avatar is really creeping me out....

I really didn't have the idea of skimping on the fluid just so I didn't have to have it shipped as I originally was going the EK route in the first place. If I had to order it online I would have went with the same fluid more than likely. On another note EK replied and said the fluid must have separated an to take the bottle back to micro center for a refund to get another and that I should shake the new bottle for 60 seconds next time lol even though nothing on the bottle states it needs to be shaken.

You need to reply to them and tell them at what point could I possibly shake the bottle and create more liquid agitation than a pump. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. IT LITERALLY TOPS EVERYTHING in my 20 years or so of water cooling.

EDIT: Actually no scratch that, do you have the contact name for the individual who has told you this? If so, PM me this, I am going to contact the company as well. This just pissed me off like getting the Indian guy on customer support who barely speaks English but claims his name is Bob.

Seriously? They told you to shake it? Oh, brother......this is really a new low. I'm with @ORL , this rivals AC's support responses on the VPP755. Shame on you again, EK.
