Actually, we say that we'll replace it.

Do I have to drain my loop and re-do everything? It being clear doesn't really bother me cause I will just let it be clear if its still okay.

Thanks.
Sorry I missed this (still getting accustomed to the forum layout and trying to track down everything) and for the inconvenience! Start a support ticket with us and send me a PM with your ticket number. We'll get you a new bottle sent out.

Wondering why OCN still has a manufacture water block section with NO manufacture reps on OCN anymore too @ENTERPRISE maybe he would know why EK special sections still exist ?
I exist. And this is completely false. We're not hiding anything. We are, however, incredibly busy and swamped. To the point I've been brought on as a dedicated forum rep and still find it difficult to keep up with it all.

I don't have time for trolling. I'm here to help people. If you're going to just make snide remarks, just move along. That's less notifications and time of mine wasted so I can actually spend it productively helping someone.

This isn't personal against you by any means. With that said, the solid fluid is like a mini vue across social media. It just does not seem to be a reliable fluid. However, it's been EK's nature to deny an issue until a huge fuss is made out of it then go Oh oopsy. However, up until that point it just does not seem like you guys take any issues seriously. If you guys find an issue with something you should put it out there and warn your consumers not just stay quiet until its very late in the game. The threadripper v1 blocks were the same thing. I have an email from NOV that Igor mentioned that RD was looking into the issue of poor performance yet it wasn't until February the next year (meanwhile the block was sold the entire time) some apology comes out. Just not a good look.

While I don't disagree that the Threadripper block issue could've been handled better (and faster), we've also had times where things would've slid under the radar but we recalled a product anyways, the bad batch of Vardar's like a year? ago.

One of the biggest issues we face actually comes from us being a market leader. We ship so much product that we can have a very minor failure rate on a product but it's magnified due to the high volume of sales. The first run of Solid has already been tweaked a few times and I've noticed an improvement via a decreased amount of failure reports even though the original launch was actually not bad at all. While it's more difficult to make my way through each forum, the largest areas of traffic (Reddit, Discord, and Facebook) I'm extremely active and involved in, and I see a majority of both sides of things. So it's something to keep in mind when thinking we don't take reports seriously, we most certainly do. Also keeping in mind that people have a higher tendency to post about issues than successes. TL;DR is that the launch of Solid did have some issues, those were addressed, and the coolant is actually showing a good trend right now.

As a side note, a large part of why I'm in the forums is to help keep better track of any issues occurring and gather data on both that and requests of what people want. Like that's literally a report I send each month. So anytime failures or issues do come up, I want to know about it. While I already have faith in our QA, you can always do something better.
