Hi,
Yeah if you want to use a flow meter try the inlet of the pump or outlet which ever is easiest to see.

Ok, i did the test.
And now i am more confused.
So, i switch the red arrow from 5 down below to 1, at the position 1 the pump is had no vibration, barely hearing, the speed it is around 1850 rpm and the flow it is 0.0 L/ h
I really do not understand....
This is the flow meter : https://shop.aquacomputer.de/product...oducts_id=2294

Yea, the D5 at 1850rpm is really silent. I guess there is something wrong with the flow meter since your description about the pump is normal behavior.
Can you still return the flow meter and get it replaced?

Yep, bad flow meter.

Get rid of it, it does not do much, even when it's working well.

Heat load changes -> Temperature goes up and down -> It makes sense to adjust fans up and down.

...on the other hand...

Loop restriction is constant -> Water flow does not change -> Set the pump's RPM once to get good flow, and leave it there.

Easy choice.
