Are Silent Wings 3 an upgrade over Phanteks F120MP?

Hi everyone. So, i want to replace my actual fans (120mm F120MP x6) in my hardline watercooled pc.
The phanteks F120MP served me real good, but i just want to try out something new and maybe give a slighly different look to my pc. So, i am really looking into the silent wings 3 PWM fans. I am honestly wondering how they would perform, when compared to the fans i am currently running, considering both, noise and performance.
Also i would like to know, for anyone who owns them both, if i should be getting the standard PWM fans or grab the high speed ones instead, expecially considering that 5 of those fans will end up being mounted on a Nemesis GTS radiator (240 and 360mm).
Can you guys please help me out with this? Thanks in advance!

Similarly, slightly better but probably not worth it (especially due to cost) unless you get high speed ones.

I would buy the high speed ones to have a rational "upgrade" of maximum speed if you intend to have that increase in speed.

140mm vs other radiator/heatsink fans

Your current fan isn't bad.

PH-F120MP (1600RPM = 68.8CFM , 1000RPM = 44.1CFM):

They're still among the best between 1000-1300RPM per one of the latest reviews:
1000RPM: 23.1CFM with 29dBA (SW3 = 24.4CFM, 31.7dBA)

1250RPM: 27.1CFM with 31.8dBA (SW3 = 28.6CFM , 35dBA)

1500RPM : 31.9CFM with 37dBA (SW3 = ~34CFM , 38-39dBA)
