Good topic.

I have 2 EK 360mm Rads currently with Corsair SP120 High Static Pressure fans. Problem with these fans is they are super loud at 50% speed ~1500rpm. I just purchased 6x Arctic P12 fans which show 2.2 static pressure at 1800rpm with 22-24 decibels. I measured the Corsair fans at 1500rpm and its 40 decibels. From the research i have done, it looks like the Corsair fans at 1500rpm get lower than 2.0 static pressure as well. The upgrade should be quieter and provide better performance. Would have bought higher quality fans, but im not paying $30 fricking dollars for a single fan.

Ohhhh. You're right. I did not read that at all out of the post.

Thank you for all suggestionsI explain why I want to change the old fans: During last years of aircooling i decided to sell most of the old fan so atm i have in my hands only 3 of the 12 noctua nf-s12 ( with ULNA adapters ) and, if possible, I'd like to squeeze better performance and lower noise from my system using new better fans.

After a fast search in Italy the only fan with decent price are the arctic p12 (16€ for one fan), Phanteks and Be quiet have high prices (21/23€!).
In some european shops I can find Phanteks at 14,50€ Be Quiet sw3 at 17,50€ and Arctic at 10€.
Sw3 seem the best performer, i think I can start with 6 of these for the rad 3 installed on the front of the Enthoo Pro M and 3 for the rad on top.

I'm happy with the 3x SW3 HF I bought at least, They are basically completely silent at half speed(50% ~1100rpm) and can have a little noise above but it isn't much compared to the old fans I had that are much louder at slower speeds.

Though I noticed they only spin ~2000rpm on the motherboards I've had (a gigabyte and a Biostar)

Gigabyte X570 AORUS XTREME, Ryzen 7 3800X 4.45Ghz, 4266/1900 MEM/FCLK, 650 1T 1.58V
4x8Gb Kingston HX434C19FB2K2/16 3466C19 1.2V (Micron E-die 16nm)
OLD: Biostar x470GT8 Ryzen 7 1700 @ ~4.0Ghz CPU, 3200Mhz RAM ...
