Best price/perf low rpm fans for Xspc Rx360 rad

Hello, I'm coming back to liquid cooling for cpu (i7 6850k) and gpu (Rtx 2080).
I ordered new waterblocks (watercool heatkiller IV) but i'd like to reduce at minimum the noise of the system.
In my last build with these rad (2x) I installed all Noctua Nf12B fans in push pull confing and rpm reduced at 500/600 (can't remember the exact value).
Can I switch to better performance low rpm fans? What fans do you suggest?

Thanks in advance!

Standard recommendations in order of price are probably the Arctic P12, be quiet! SW-3, and NF-A12x25.

Someone will surely point you to the Arctic P12. There has been some good user feedback here, but none with any concrete data or hard comparisons to any quality fans and reviews are sketchy at best....so they are really a wildcard.

In terms of price/performance/noise, the Phanteks F120MP is hard to beat given it's low price and proven track record:

If money is no object, the be quiet Silent Wings 3 has an incredibly smooth sound signature and top tier performance:

Yeah....the little girl hentai avatar is really creeping me out....

P12s are my go to fans. quiet and perform well. Also being super cheap you can't go wrong.

Some (never negative) experience w/ Arctic fans...that said, for Hi-PO, I like the GentleTypoon 3Ks, though they're hard to find these days. Also, I have had really good price /performance experiences w/ Corsair ML (= magnetic levitation) 120mm more recently.

I do not think that your reason for needing new fans, has been explained at all here. you have two 360mm radiators, and it would seem that you had or have 12 fans on them. why exactly do you feel the need to replace these fans?

I don't think so, as going from air cooling, to water cooling, will at the least, reduce the noise. this does not explain why he wants to replace the fans he already has on the radiators.

sure it does. Higher pressure lower RPM fans should be quieter even on radiators. I can get a nice 15000 RPM fan for a radiator that flows a lot of air and sounds like a freight train or I can get a high pressure low RPM fan that sounds like a whisper...right?

dude, your are not understanding the post from the thread starter. the system he has now, is air cooled, and loud. he had a water cooling system a long time ago, and he wants to return to water cooling. he also wants to replace the fans, that on the radiators used on his old water cooling system. my question, is why does he want to replace the 1200RPM fans that are on those radiators now.
