will my 750ltr x20 pump be enough please?

hello forum,
I got a xspc x20 750 pump with cpu block and 2 x 360 radiators and I am going to add in two gpu blocks in parallel, would the pump be enough or will I need a extra pump please?
also, I was thinking of buying a pump from ali express to the loop if needed, its a Bykski-B-PMS5-NX-RBW-lighting-PWM-Automatic-Pumps-D5-Series-Flow-Rate-1100L.
can I just run a hose from the first pump to the next pump and then use it to boost the flow rate please?
I do have a lot of hose length as the radiators are external mounted.
im also changing my hose to 10mm id and 16mm od type from the 7/16 which is 12mm id and 16od, what effect would this have please?, I was hoping it would travel further.

pumps must be identical to use two, and typically you'd use a dual top (MCP35x2 for DDC. or EK dual D5 as examples)

I'd replace the XSPC with the single D5.

PWM isn't necessary though. Pump speed is set & forget. Just add a water temp sensor so you can properly dial it in.

Flow rate has incredibly high diminishing returns between .5GPM - 1.0GPM, and almsot zero gains over 1.0GPM. (~120LPh-240LPH)

best way to judge this if you don't have flow sensor is by starting on the lowest pump speed while running a full system bench, & stop turning up the speed when you stop seeing gains in temp reduction. The results are almost instant when changing speeds.

Hi,
Thicker tubing 10-15mm or 3/8-5/8" can make sharper turns without kinking/ more durable.

about 40c underload with the ryzen 1700.

the motherboard seems to be the hottest thing, but from what I gather, the motherboard sensor is in Fahrenheit and reporting as in centigrade.

I just got a pair of vega 56's for £500, I used info that basically said that the vega 56 crossfire would outperform the radeon vii, new info tells a very different story, dam it.

thx skupples,
ill have a go and see if it can pump though with the x20 first, but if I have to get new pump and res ill do that d5 job. the prices at the moment on ali express are good as they have a sale.
the pump is locked to 750lph.

good to hear that the hose wont make a difference, was worried I had made a mistake getting smaller type.
also got me some compression fitting to improve the look, at a £1 each, there about £5 in the shops over here, hope there good.

as you can see, I got the kink coils on the outside, there supposed to be inside, but glad I didn't as they went brittle and snapped all over the place, recommend metal only.

and thank you all for your advice.

a pump's rated LPH goes down exponentially when you hook it into the system.

Example - I have 3 UT60 480s, 2 GPUs, n a fully blocked board via MCP35x2 (2x high powered DDC) and I only get just above .5GPM (120LPH) switching over to dual D5 may net me more flow, but that's $300 worth of pump for a couple c. I've also been running these nearly nonstop for 6 years, so their time is coming.

Nope , im using 2 different pump(VPP 655 +VPP 755) in different speeds( 1/5 , 3/5 speed ) in my system, no problem at all.
In my old pc i had one D5+1 Phobya dc260 pump without any problem.

oh my god, from the amount of radiator you have my guess is you must have been a fx9590 user at some point.
from what I read on that water cooling basics article, that mobo block is a real bottleneck, I could do with one, but it really would need a better pump.

thanks for the info, was thinking of putting the 1100lph pump after the 750lph pump and use it to increase the flow.
