Searching for a fitting or idea for a fix

Hey guys -
I’m changing cases and changing over from soft lines to my first hard tubing loop. It’s a dual chambered case and I want to drill a few holes thru the chamber wall and run the lines. Due to hard tubing I would like to have a fitting with 2 female ends secured in the wall where I can attach a tube on both sides to make it easier to run my loop.

My Google fu came up empty, so I drew this picture and went to a local hardware store with this drawing: https://i.imgur.com/cSYgwx3.jpg and sort of found something that looked like it would work, but they were male and doesn’t have the o ring style end, more like a plain pipe thread.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions that can help a boy out?

It's called a "pass-through". Performance PCs has a good selection of them, one example- http://www.performance-pcs.com/barro...ing-black.html

Yeah....the little girl hentai avatar is really creeping me out....
