Have you considered a DDC PWM pump? Use a PWM fan header for speed control through BIOS and power the pump itself directly with the PSU. At around 1800RPM they're quite silent.

It wouldn't be smaller but you could do a ddc 3.1 (if anyone still sells them) instead of a ddc 3.2 if you are against pwm.

I think you can get the old ones on Ebay still, the ones with the peach impeller?

there's really nothing smaller that you'd wanna use... you'd have to source the obscure part, then figure out a way to make it PC compatible.

best off just using a DDC & heavily dialing back the RPMs.

All 4 of the current models use the same impeller its just the wattage that is different iirc. Swiftech still sells 3.1 under their mcp-350 name.

oh, hmm... I've always assumed the not-blue impeller ones were some different model.

It never came out as far as I can tell so it is hard to get a good picture of the parts but no. Wrong shape to be a ddc and too stubby to be a d5. Looks like it is an alphacool dc-lt.

I think it’s DC-LT, that is expensive little pump.
Dc-lt only use by alphacool ?
Can not find the exact pump other than alphacool brand.

Even on aliexpress...

That’s the size I’m looking for.
But is not on my budget
