All EK aluminum rig Getting very high temps on both cpu and gpu. Help me fix my first system

I recently got this and the temps are causing the gpu to throttle as it’s hitting 80c during gaming. Idle temps are mid 30s for both but soon as I ramp up they both hit 80c but pretty much stay there. Any idea what’s causing these high temps?

I7-8700k @ 4.9 ghz 1.33 volts
Evga black 2080 , no oc.

All ek aluminum parts. Parts below

Assuming the flow rate is optimal, is there good contact between blocks and processing units?

That’s my next step but not really sure how to drain the loop.

But 2 different people did the blocks, I did the cpu and the person who helped me with the tubing did the gpu. But let’s assume that’s okay since the idle temps are good. Any other idea? Would bad fitment cause idles to be fine but load temps to soar?

Always add a drain port.

I forgot once and was eaten alive by mosquitos draining it into the dirt outside...

Hi,
Disconnect the pwm cable and it will at least run at full speed see if that does anything positive.

Which radiator did you use SE/ CE/ PE/ XE series ?
