Should I upgrade my cpu cooler?

Ok I have a corsair H50 ive had it forever I turn on my pc and use aida64 to check temps its around 90 degrees F, I'm using AS5 but its been sitting around forever I just put some new stuff on last week and cleaned it off and reapplied it today just a dot I test with intel burn test should it be this hot? I have a fan on either side of my cpu cooler going out the back off the pc as well as a top exhaust fan front intake side panel intake my CPU is the amd 1700x it doesn't feel super hot if I touch the back of the pc wondering if I should upgrade my cooler to this

my case is the haf 932 or w.e full size or try some different thermal paste? They have some thermal paste at my bb here but the only one that stuck out was the corsair stuff but idk anything about it
Any ideas? Thanks!

90°F sounds fine. I believe the max is 95°C/203°F.

assuming you mean 90C and not 90F? 90F is 32C.

Stock paste is fine, better paste won't get you more than 5c and that's being optimistic.

Corsair H100i Pro has 37dBa fans, it's pretty loud if you're not planning on replacing the fans or don't limit them to ~50%. H115i Pro has 20dBa fans and performs better. Get the 280 if you can fit it.

Unless you have a reason to go for an AIO, just go air for half the price.

I have this cooler on my 1700x, it keeps the CPU around 60C when running 100% for days on end. At stock you need to keep the CPU below 75C to avoid throttling below max all core boost. It's very quiet as well. It's also half the price of that AIO you linked to above.

There are a lot of choices in air coolers that perform as well as AIOs for less.

Even a Cryorig H7 is better cooler than the H50 and you can find those for around $30-40, the Noctua NH-U12S is a good cooler without breaking the bank and i have used it in many builds
I had a H50 a very long time ago and it was terrible cooler when i had it and it has not gotten any better since then

Maybe at idle, certainly not under load, regardless of cooler. Get Intel burn test or Prime95 and tell us your load temps.
