Help choosing fans for 60mm rad

I'm planning to use a EK XE 360 rad at the top of a PC-O11 case.
I'm cooling: VRMs + 3700x monoblock from EK and a 5700 XT.

My theme is going to be white + RGB. I was originally going to get LL120 RGB Pros, but was told they won't be great for a 60mm rad.
I was looking into SP120 RGB fans but their static pressure #s arent great, 1.45mmH2O. Which made me confused since SP series are fro static pressue.

So my question, what are some good fan options that are RGB (and preferably) white. If the frames are black, I can always paint white. I plan to use Corsair's RGB software since several components will be controlled by already.

I'd like a balance between cooling performance and noise.

Suggestions? (noctua isn't an option due to their color)
