How should I plan airflow in a stacked case? TT WP100

So I'm going to be running a stacked case which means the bottom compartment can be almost completely sealed off, if I want to do that.

Current plan is to have bottom fans on intake and seal/separate the compartments so no/little hot air can come through to the top compartment.

Bottom left: 560 rad, 4x fans
Bottom right: 560 rad, 4x fans
Top top: 560 rad, 4x fans
Top Front: 3x fans

What would be the best way to do intake/exhaust airflow in this case?
