Loop expansion for GPU

Hey everybody,

I'm looking to expand my loop (started as EK PE 360 RGB kit, pretty happy with it) to include my EVGA RTX 2080 TI Black Edition, which has the reference PCB. I'll be working within my PC-011 Dynamic, which does present have space limitations, as I'm not crazy about going for a vertical mount kit. I'll also need another radiator, as I do intend to upgrade CPU to probably a 3900X later this year, and I don't think 1x 360 is quite going to cover it. Ideally anther 360 to complement the top-mounted EK PE 360 Coolstream I already have.

No particular preference about aesthetics for the block (yet).

For blocks I'm looking mostly at the XSPC Razer Neo, EK Vector, and EVGA Hydro Copper.

For rads I want to fit it on the side mount, which presents some concerns as I couldn't quite get the PE 360 in there. I've heard the SE 360 should fit. Hardware Labs seems to have the best reputation for radiators, though they're often out of stock on Amazon and performance-pcs.

Budget is not necessarily set, but I don't want to go crazy if I don't have to.

Thanks for assistance, and if there's any other info y'all might want just ask!
