How much temp drop can i get from Dark Rock 4 to 360 AIO?

My Dark Rock 4 (non pro) is holding back my 9900k as I have a good bin but being thermally limited from higher OC numbers.

Would a 360 AIO at high frequency and high vcore prove their worth over the Dark Rock 4? I need a 15c drop under load. Ideally 20c but 15c would do.

My 9900k with HT disabled can do 5.4ghz at 1.4v core but clearly the DR4 can't cool that. I don't HT for my use case for those wondering.

DeepCool Castle 360EX is what I had in mind. How much more headroom will I have with this?

Most places that test a AIO seem to do it on pretty weak systems that claim barely an advantage over an air cooler but when the chip is pushed hard, the AIO's seem to really pull away.

https://www.computerbase.de/2018-04/...-oc-1200-u-min You can see a 12c delta between the H150i pro and the Dark Rock 4 when oc'd. Would a 360 pushed harder given even a bigger advantage?

an AIO is not going to be able to cool a 1.4v 9900K, 360 or otherwise.

The Swiftech X3 would be an option, as well.

I've mostly heard very bad stuff about Swiftech, did they upgrade at least their reliability?

There is a very large owners club here with very good results. I've had and/or installed 15 or so, and not a single issue. Almost every problem I have seen has been due to the user treating it like a CLC (I.e. drop of water at the CPU block fitting results in a return and scathing review rather than simply tightening the fitting an 1/8 of a turn). The first gen had a pump issue that was corrected after it was discovered, and the first run of the X series had a window issue that was corrected in all future runs.

Yeah....the little girl hentai avatar is really creeping me out....

For my purposes and my chip, it's fine. I can run attached all day. 1.385v in bios with only high llc as you can see the massive vdroop. I can't run realbench for too long due to temps and can't run p95 (non avx) for too long for the same reason. Thus I'm hoping to shave off a lot of temp and get more headroom and just piece of mind. I curently run 5.2ghz all core at 1.325v in bios with LLC High for 24/7. Would like to run 5.3 or 5.4 but need a notable temp drop for me to comfortable thus the question about the AIO.
