Custom Loop: CPU Temp Seems Rather High

Just finished a custom loop in a Lian-Li PC-011 Dynamic and have begun testing for leaks. After about letting the machine run for a few hours I decided to run Prime95 v29.8b5 and I am seeing CPU temps hitting 80c-83c after just about 15 minutes on small fft.

Quick setup rundown:
9700k
Gigabyte Z370 Aorus 7
32GB of RAM
1080 Ti

EK-Velocity CPU block
EK-FC GeForce GTX FE GPU block
Bitspower Touchaqua Sedna distribution block with DDC pump
Dual HardwareLabs 360mm radiators/54mm thick - Cool air is pulled through bottom radiator and exhausted through top radiator.
Lian Li BORA Digital rans on radiator
16mm rigid tubing

The fans and the pump are both ramping up as temps goes up. This seem rather high for this setup or am I just expecting too much? Everything is at default settings, no overclock.

I think maybe it's because I have AVX turned on during the stress testing with Prime95 causing voltages to shoot up. I disabled AVX and re-ran Prime95 and it appears to stable around 65c or so.
