480 rad for cpu + gpu?

would a HW lab gtr 480 capable handle 9700k+rtx 2080 or 5700xt? especially I plan to OC 9700 4.3Ghz, and gpu as well

9700K at 4.3 is a 300mhz underclock.

480 is fine.

sry I haven't buy it yet, so didn't even read the spec, but say 4.8Ghz+a high/mid-high GPU. maybe OC gpu by couple hundreds Mhz
