can I use my stock backplate with the XPSC Razor block?

https://www.amazon.com/XSPC-Razor-Wa...tronics&sr=1-2

This is the block I wanna get.

https://www.evga.com/products/produc...08G-P4-3172-KR

that's my card.

I was wondering A: this waterblock will fit the card, and B: will i be able to use my ecisting backplate that came with the stock cooler on this card, with said waterblock? theres not much info to go on from just googling so this forum or reddit watercooling is my only option to know for sure, any help would be awesome on this. I'm interested in this block cause its cheap, in stock, and has the rgb controller come with the card, fits my color theme and such. the corsair xg7 wont be in stock til march 6th, cost more and has a 2 star review on newegg, and I'm hoping this block will just be better than stock cooling is all, but I really dont wanna see my ugly circuit board either. if my backplate fits ill be super happy because that will basically pay for most of the fans im planning to get lol

bump. already ordered the block but I wanna know if im out 50 more bucks just to have a backplate when I already have on on my card, also have no idea if the block will even fit my gpu til it arrives. I honestly wish I didn't even get a 9900k at this point and went with AMD instead then I wouldn't even need to watercool lol

SPECS: No idea how to add my system like everyone else,
Case: o11D XL PSU: EVGA supernova 1300 watt CPU: i9 9900k cooled by a hyper T2 until my waterloop arrives
GPU: 2070 super overclocked @ 1ghz mem, 100mhz core
RAM: 32gb of crappo gskill 3000mhz ram
HDD: crappo 250gb m.2 WD caviar black
