Ok so I made a post a few days ago asking about making the fillport a inlet and yes while you cant do it with the led tube inside you can still manage to do it. As you see I took out the led tube and replaced it with a dime(not the greatest but it works).Click image for larger version

Now if you have a 270 and can get ahold of a 170 led insert I'm willing to bet that would work as you can still keep the led and create a cool water effect. I tested the dime as a plug prior to make sure it did work which it did and continued. As for a fill port I went to modmymods(I live locally) and got a barrows t rotary fitting (and a few plugs) Click image for larger version

ID:	325436. My loop I have filled but if you have it on all the time the air will get pushed into the res and you'll create a water effect(I personally didnt like it but to each their own).

The coolant used is modmymods own brand which I was given a bottle to test (they're releasing it shortly)and I'm liking the uv clear. I've used xspc ec6 for years and it stained the tubing and also wasnt close after the mix was made. I had blood red it was red, used uv orange it came out pinkish.

As a final note though it is possible for anyone that has a d5 photon or was looking to get one to do a top inlet. So now instead of saying "I cant do a top inlet on that and I'll look elsewhere", you now know it is possible.
