What do you guys recommend as the absolute minimum for leak testing?

I did the initial leak test with Blitz part 2, ran for 24 hrs, no leaks.

Today I installed a different flow meter from Aquacomputer, as well as a second water temp sensor. So need to redo leak testing of course.

I've rinsed it twice so far with distilled water, and now running it on a third fill of distilled and will leak test it now. After that I'll fill it with Mayhems X1 and I should be set to power on the whole system.

What is absolute minimum leak test though?

I have not built my custom loop yet, but from what I have read here on the forums, overnight to 24 hours seems to be the norm.

So essentially until the loop is dead quiet, as in you don't hear any of the air bubbles anymore, right?

Hi,
Well seeing the only item on your rig that is clear is the reservoir that would be the only place you could see micro air bubbles

Bump the case/ tilt it every which way until no more appear. even lay it on it's back...
I've seen my clear fluid look white with so many micro bubbles going through it after doing the above

Blitz part 2 is a long leak test most just do it over night but how can you tilt the case... while you're asleep lol can't be done.

Ehh, I'll just let it run overnight. Tomorrow morning I'll drain it and fill up with coolant and let that run for a bit while I tilt the case all kinds of ways, and then hook things up to the main psu and then finally fire up the computer.

Well, it works and idle temps are about 2-3C lower than what I was getting with my NH-D15 cooler. Haven't really done any load testing yet.

Of course when I first turned it on, the AIO cooler on my gpu made this loud grinding sound, non-stop, and my gpu temps were going through the roof so that one is probably dead (after 5 years, seems about right). So had to quick put back on the stock air cooler. Won't bother getting a block for the gpu as I'll be replacing it later this year anyway (unless we get an economic depression, then I won't be doing anything).

You'll notice one fan missing in front, and in the back it's some random fan. Those are still on the way

Hi,
Not sure what the heck is going on with this tubing
90 degree fitting out and into the pump isn't going to help flow or pump noise.

Two pics attached. The one shows the flow, the other one is a close up of the res/pump setup. Exiting the res/pump is a short extender + T-joint. So not exactly an immediate 90° bend, but close enough I guess. Given the space in my case, didn't seem like an easy way to have a long straight exit.

Hi,
Your case is way bigger than mine dude

You want a quiet pump rotate it to where both in and outlet are pointing in a way it does not need a 90.
The way you have the T it's a 90
Switch it around or get used to the noise x2 adding another noisy pump
