9700k/EVGA RTX 2080 Ti Water Cooling

A lot of threads on this forum have really inspired me and I will go ahead and make the leap towards a hard line setup. I will be building around Lian Li O11 dynamic XL and trying to minimize tube clutter across the board. Setup was mainly inspired by the Phanteks D120 Distro plate:

And the Barrowch Boxfish 200mm Res/D5 reservoir:

I can't draw worth a damn, but I roughly sketched my idea for the build at work. I could take some advice on airflow I.E. Rad intake and bottom exhaust or bottom intake and rad exhaust (I know that hot air rises)

I will be using a riser to vertically mount the GPU to keep it roughly level with the out flow of the D5, below is a list of components ordered from EK:

For rads I chose XSPC, mostly for the top 360mm rad having crossflow, eliminating the need for a tube running across the top of the setup. Will be using 9x Corsair ML 120mm fans for the >4 static pressure they offer.

I bought the Thermaltake 12/16mm bending kit and extra hard line to practice prior to building to get comfortable. I also bought a small amount of soft tubing to get measurements and angles roughly the way I want them before bending the PETG. Pretty stoked about the build, all of the parts are ordered and I am waiting on shipping. Any advice from anyone would be welcomed at this point.

Alright, so all of my parts have arrived with the exception of the Res/D5 combo. I thought they would make it out of China before they got overwhelmed, but no joy. It might be a month or more till I get it. In the mean time, here are some screens and I will begin flushing the rads tonight. I'm only going to use 2/3 haven't decided which yet.

Thanks a lot Pook, means a ton coming from you! Side note: I baked my EVGA 970 in the oven following this recent [email protected] when it was locking up the system, No BSOD, Just freezing with rainbow fans coming on. Hoping that It will bring it back to life.

Created a temp fill and drain fitting set to get the 3 rads cleaned with Myhems #1. Also, the EK compression fitting threads are sharp as ****.

All three radiators filled with Mayhems #1, will leave them over night and begin the flush process. I will make a video for the draining tomorrow. I managed to find a smaller white bucket which should work perfectly.

Mayhems #1 complete. Let the rad's sit over night and flushed all 3 of them 4 times with distilled. The TX360 ultra thin had the most solder on gunk in it which surprised me.

Having one set of fans set at intake and the rest exhaust, just chokes the rest of the fans of fresh air.

Set it up so you have (2:1) intake:exhaust fans.
