Ancient Kandalf LCS. New pump to improve temps?

Hey guys, i got an anient Kandalf LCS with an upgraded waterblock. Thing is even with a delidded i7700k i get 80C on 1.375 4.9 HT on, idle is around 45C. the CPU waterblock was top of the line when i got it. Apogee XT iirc. The system has 3/8 ID tubes. The low/highest RPM of the pump is 1920/3200. You can at the specs in the link. Will a new pump and faster flow improve my temps considerably? I see its about 7-10C difference from lowest rpm to highest. There's soem conflicting info though Asus AI suite reports 75 while HW info and others report 7-10C higher.

Appreciate any tips. im thinking about this one.

Edit. Air buildup in CPU block. Keeps happening and havent been able to find any reason why
