cheap over priced blocks leak?

more news @ 11:00

only thing you should buy from corsair, and its only if they are sold out everywhere else, are their radiators, if you wanna pay obscene markup for the one item they put a quality rebrand effort into.

i assume they'll switch to garbage radiators soon enough, they just had to bait & switch the world first.

So, the are you saying that the crew that took EK from top quality to all kinds of QC and design issues may not have been a good choice to head up Corsair's new division?

Yet....the Sailboat kiddies will keep buying them. The stories about how Corsair replaces your whole rig, buys you dinner, walks your dog for a week and does your chores so your mom doesn't yell at you after one of their blocks turns your PC into a fish tank are gonna be priceless.

Yeah....the little girl hentai avatar is really creeping me out....

wait, they'll buy me a second 2080ti if I have a drip drip?

woot, ordering full Corsair setup now, to match this absolutely garbage LS100 monitor light kit I got that turns puke yellow when you lock your computer, & goes seizure mode when you sleep your computer.

LS100 is best used on default, no iCUE.

it'll be epic

Yes their stuff might be overpriced, but everytime I've had to do an RMA with them in the UK, it's been hassle free and really easy. I don't doubt they would cover the used value of replacement parts if their products did damage your PC, though I assume they would have a maximum limit of £1000 in total or something similar.

CPU: i7-6950X @ 4.1Ghz (-0.08V/1.30V Adaptive = 1.22V); Cache: 3.2GHz (1.07V); VCCIN: 1.90V @ LLC 5 12hr AVX2 Stable
RAM: 64GB @ 3000MHz (14-14-12-31 1T, 1.35V) 12hr GSAT Stable
GPU: EVGA Hybrid GTX 1070 @ 2076MHz Core, 8.6GHz VRAM, Stock Voltage 24hr [email protected] Stable

the problem isn't just that its overpriced. it's overpriced, and under-quality. that's where most of the QQ comes from.

they'd have half the hate if they didn't just rebrand all the things, and actually put some time into R&D that isn't 100% a e s t h e t i c based.

idr how component damage works for most companies anymore, but one with the financial might of Corsair should 100% include peripheral insurance in the exorbitant prices they charge.

this is why I use back plates. protect from the drips!

just be sure you put thermal tape on the back of your GPU's power section & core area before back plating, or they become heat sponges.

right... i'd only buy their rads, if in a pinch.

otherwise, rather buy allieexpress garbage @ its correct price
