Gigabyte Aorus 360 AIO

Anybody have any experience with one of these was thinking of getting it to go along with my Aorus Master Mobo. Not going to overclock much my cpu is a Ryzen 3800x. Thanks for any advice.

still mixed metal
likely has a higher price because of RGB and the branding name

wait 8 more weeks till this human malware has passed ~ as two more AIOs await to be released, or focus current full copper AIOs
Alphacool Aurora is brand new with an improved design from the old eisbear 360
(although hard to get because of our global delivery lockdown)
Swiftech H360 X3 - they restocked and perf is pretty acceptable , also full copper and both are expandable

Aurora likely cools better but it's hard to get
Swiftech one is a bit more slim and has more RGB~

A $230 CLC? Seriously?

I'm with @Veii . Get yourself a Swiftech or Alphacool....spend less money.....have better cooling....and the ability to expand or customize if you ever want to.

Yeah....the little girl hentai avatar is really creeping me out....

Yup, they've gone mad with pricing, just for having an info screen that can display cpu and gpu temps. Nzxt has a similar version that almost hits $300.

Arctic Freezer II 360 is much better than the new Aurora. Even the II 280 beats it handily.

Guru3d had a more favorable review but it still leaves you wondering what's going on.

i think i do agree with the kitguru comment
We could say the fluid is better on the arctic freezer, but that shouldn't add up vs their option
An aluminium AIO shouldn't also outperform full copper custom loop parts
I can only guess the fans with this comment
Quote:
The static pressure of the Eiszyklon fans is a little low, 2mm H2O at maximum RPM. This could be the reason for the average thermal performance.
Anything else makes no sense, because the arctic freezer has to have more anti corrosive ingredients lowering it's (what was the word) "thermal soaking" capabilities

EDIT:
Tweaktowns review
Even the ThermalRight TrueSpirit 140 would outperform it
Soo something is clearly not right
Has to be the fans

*facepalm*

A stupid overpriced CLC for a 3800X. You know what, save the money and buy a 3900X instead, how about that.

yes but it has a "better pump" and is full copper. its two year warranty is less than what corsair offer for their asetek rebrands.
