Watercooling case to get for 2020!

I have been watercooling since 2010 and stopped after replacing my 2 x 290X with 1080. I started to use AiO coolers for most things.
After using 2080 Ti FE I could see that I was leaving too much performance on the table.
I am going to either get 3080 Ti or Big Navi at the end of the year and want to get a case that can support water cooling. What is something decent to get these days? The last water cooling case I had was Switch 810 but since it will be single GPU OC and most likely stock CPU (Zen3) I don't really want to go full tower.

Good luck getting what you need with current supply chain issues. There were lot of interesting cases we were going to see updates on in Computex 2020 or released but whatever is out there, is what you can get. There is an off chance you could pickup one of the floating out there caselabs, which are always popular choices amongst water coolers. You could look at cases like sliger SV590, Sm580, Cerebus . The LianLi PC-011 Mini looked interesting but really don't know when it will come out.

There were ebay posts on some interesting caselabs couple days ago but they weren't shipping to Canada. The general prices for caselabs (non-SMA8A) are generally pretty affordable. An Caselabs S8 is around 400Cad if you can find one. Ultimately, it depends on your budget range.

If you do the 0-11 I'd suggest the XL version. After having owned both of them the XL is just that much better.

I will take a look. I don't need that much cooling power. 360 RAD should be enough for me.

Wish you luck though.

I am actually in the midst of considering an atx to itx downgrade (as part of downgrade the cpu/gpu). Options are wide open atm but would involve selling/trading one of the 011XL or the Caselabs S8.

Not if you have a 2080 Ti. Unless of course you like your computer to be loud. Stick 3x 360 rads in an O11D XL and be done with it. It's the most reasonable option we have today.

It definitely is. In total my friend water cooling setups (mostly were purchased/owned by me) are

1 x Caselabs S5 with Base (old case of mine)
1 x Caselabs S8
2 x PC-011XL. One of them was looking for an SMA8A/SMA8A Revision for the longest time but gave up in the end.
1 x PC-011D - Dual Rads.
1 x Caselabs BH8 (White)
1 x LianLi PC-012 (horrible case) and looking to change but not sure yet/watching finances too. It was mine originally but the bills were adding so much to get it to work that I got myself an Caselabs S8 instead.
1 x Fractal Design Define R6

Also have built water setups in other cases too but these i found were the better cases in the end.
