Least Expensive watercooled GPU?

I Have my system with custom loop all is good, but the only thing that is being cooled is my CPU. I have a 1060 MSI card but water cooling it is not easy too find and not really important.
I would like to have a card that I could add to enjoy my loop, but I really dont need latest and greatest GPU's power. Any Thoughts?

Don't water cool it unless it needs it, which for GPUs is not really necessary though you can do it for some of the top end models if you want the extra tiny bit of performance via OC. WCing other cards is aesthetics and a waste of money in any case.

Waste of money for you perhaps.
For some of us having almost 0 acoustic noise from fans is amazing and also ability to add Mhz or even Ghz without increasing fan or pump speed is amazing.

I like to have fun.

This. Call me crazy but if I had to pick between going to a 2080 Super (on water) or going back to my stock 2080 Ti air cooler... I'd probably be downgrading my GPU. All higher end (like 2060 and up performance) GPUs sound like miniature vacuum cleaners inside your computer.

Cheap? Just search for a random secondhand GPU with a block already with it. Here in Holland there's the occasional secondhand 980/980Ti or 1070/1080 with blocks for sale.

It's all about bang for your buck and bank account pain factor . Just waiting on my Monsoon fittings... Started with a EVGA RTX 2060 KO Ultra that I sold unopened and purchased a Powercolor Liquid Devil from EK. CPU block is a Aquacomputer Kryos with Vision. Phanteks Enthoo Pro M TG case. It has been a while since i built a PC, fun to get back into the swing of things. I have water cooled an old Shuttle PC (I will never do that again!) and many other standard cases. I even used a Zalman Reserator 1 back in the day and modded it with an acrylic tube shroud and fan... I like taking mid level gear and pushing it to its limits... The most important thing is have fun and ask a TON of questions!

I agree. I went with a preinstalled Aorus RTX 2080 WB because it was an open box and the price was hard to pass up. It was just a few dollars cheaper than an rtx 2080 super air cooled. It had higher TDP then most if not all of the other non supers at 127.9 TDP. I won't go back to an air cooled GPU.

I'm glad my son decided to upgrade his and bought most of my components. I was itching to do my first AMD build and I wanted to see what a 3950x could really do. When its finished it sucks, so you start tinkering with RGB lighting and having them all sync up. Man what a waste of time but I can't help myself.

You could put this on probably any gpu 15$, as you been lectured it's more for fun etc. I cannot vouch for the mounting ^^.

Or perhaps
https://www.ebay.com/itm/CPU-GPU-Wat...4AAOSwunNeKCBd

Then point a pci bracket fan at the memory.

And as others have also said, you can often find a 2nd hand GPU with official waterblock already installed. <--- what you should do if you want to water cool.

Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 Non XT Boost Core 2035 Gaming Ram 950 with a 20$ Chinese waterblock on the, Ryzen 3700x 4.25 ghz, 15$ Chinese waterblock, 3200 ddr3 cl16 Team T-FORCE VULCAN TUF B450m Asrock Pro 4 Mobo, 700 Watt OCZ PSU. 6 gallon res + back of a toilet tank with 240 mm radiator.
