good luck maintaining flow anywhere near high enough to benefit from the second rad

Best R0ach Quote of all time : TLDR: Haswell might be the last legit gaming platform unless mice get their own non-USB interface on some newer architecture.

Thanks for discouraging him without even feeling the need to explain why.

If you can reverse it afterwards, and just get back to the 240mm rad with different tubing, might be worth a shot to try it at least.

That is meaningless. Without a flow meter you can NOT know what your flow rate is. You need to able to hit 05.GPM at the very minimum. There is only one way of knowing that.

Buy a flow meter and test it out. Otherwise just assume the majority who say no know better, cause all you're doing is guessing anyways.

I mean if you already have the AIO's laying around, some tubing and hose clamps isn't a big investment to just try it and see how it goes. Could be a fun project even if it ends up not working out.

I did it ! And it seems it works just fine, 55c in LinX linpack compared to 75c with 240mm radiator. Room temp shouldn't be more than 2 to 3c different compared to prior LinX runs ( 75c runs ).

Picture shows LinX with 1.520v which would instantly throttle before, well 92c is not that impressive, but still below throttle temps.
( Prime95 below 83c )

Flow -
( those bubbles have disappeared and amount of air in loop is minimal ).

Just catching up here, but if flow is an issue what about keeping the pump attached to the 2nd aio but just not having it attached to anything in the case except to power the pump. Then you have 2 pumps circulating fluid? Hmm. Thinking I might have a project with my old AIO now that I replaced with a bigger one...
