The SPC pump in the EK-Classic DP Front PC-O11D sucks.

Should I bypass it completely or just run another pump in series/parallel?

If I were to bypass: The red dots are what gets plugged. The green dot with the blue outline is where the new pump would go in/out (with a Y fitting so i can still drain the loop). The blue dot with the red outline is where my GPU will go, eventually. Orange dot with the purple outline is for CPU. Orange dot with yellow outline is radiator in/out.

It is a DDC style pump. Replace the pump with a proper DDC pump like a Swiftech MCP35x or similar.

It's not. They're incompatible.

Just set the new pump in series with the old one, that way you have a backup in case your pump dies

It won't be a problem that the SPC flow rate is only 250 L/h?

The fact it's the lesser DDC pump is so **** on EK's part. It's a relatively expensive premium piece with a less than acceptable pump.

I'm surprised there isn't an adapter for it yet.

I'm going to mount a Koolance PMP-420 at the back of the case to suck water through 2x360 rads. For fans I am going Noctua all around. Three A12x25 pulling air in from the top so it blows on my ram too, two more in the bottom of the case pulling air in so it blows on my gpu. Three A12x15 on the side rad pulling air out of the case.

The SPC will push water directly through an EK XE 240 in the bottom. I don't know what GPU block i am going to get as I don't know what GPU i am getting. I ordered an Optimus Foundation block for my cpu. My side chamber 360 is a Nemesis GTS. I haven't decided what 360 I am going to put in the top. Probably an EK XE, though i haven't ruled out a hardwarelabs SR-2.

Bitspower fittings, haven't settled on whether or not I am going hardline or matte black EPDM tubing.
