A 320Gph L30 could handle it,but i would go with an L35 for bit of future proofing and for the 100+ GPH and the extra head rating,its only a few bucks more anyway.

I use an L30 on a Dual Heatercore and a CPU block,it handles it flawlessly,and would handle your proposed setup aswell. I just think the L35 is a way better deal.
