human body temperature in comparison to ambient room temperature

With the high temperature weather lately, i'm curious as to what peoples' average body temperatures are in comparison to the ambient room temperature, (both when gaming and idle); and what cooling system people use, (air conditioning/fan setups). I know this may seem like an odd question, but I keep thinking it is largely overlooked and im a geek. If we're not cool, how can our computers be? My average temperature is 98°f while gaming and 97.9°f while idle. I blow in air from the ac in an ajoining room before using my pc. The ambient room temperature prior to using my pc is 75°f. The ambient room temperature afterwards is around 85°f. I have windows blocked to keep out the sun's heat also.
