BitFenix Recon help

Hey everyone, not sure if this is the place for this type of post, but I didn't find anywhere else that was obvious to put it.

So, I am currently using a Bitfenix Recon Fan controller to power a handful of fans (6). These fans are 2 Scythe Grand Flex 120mm PWM, and 4 Corsair SP120 3pin. These were previously being split up 3 and 3, with 2 Scythe + 1 corsair, and the other 3 corsair on their own separate Fan Input.

I know it's a little old now, but I had one in a previous build and it worked for my purposes very well.
So, the issue I am coming across at the moment, I'd like some input on some causes, or advice on replacement options if necessary.

The issue I am running into, just started over the weekend. I am only able to get RPM functionality out of the Fan1 input. Any of the others only run the fans at full speed or off. Before, it would adjust fan RPM automatically by cpu temp on any Fan input. Now, this is only happening on Fan1.

Things I've tried. Plugging in a single fan to each Fan input, 2, 3, 4, 5. No change. It still ramps up to full speed and stays there. I've reinstalled the software, no change there either. I've also tried adjusting the temp to fan speed settings all kinds of ways and that didn't seem to change anything either.

Is there anyone that still uses one of these, or is familiar with them enough to help determine why this is happening?

If not, does anyone have any suggestions to a more modern equivalent fan controller? It would need to be able to control PWM by temp sensor. Either directly on the controller, or by way of software.
