Sweet man post some detailed pics if you don't mind when you're done with the install. I'm really considering getting the aquacomputer block bc of the active backplane. What's your water cooling setup?

Man. Not even gonna lie. I am going to have to think it over. I originally wanted that block and never got it because they had not released the active backplate. Now I feel like selling the EK block and getting this one.

They seem to make them when they get enough orders. Aquatuning reports unknown date of delivery. I'll have 3 ek backplanes for sale...

I took the AIO cooler from my 295x2 already smile.gif very easy to disassemble, takes just a few minutes.
Now I have to clean it and put it all together. Might do it all today as im a bit lime limited.

I also bought quick disconnects so I can later add Mo-Ra3 420 + 230mm fans(push pull) to my setup as I currently only own 2x240 EK rad with corsair sp120 push-pull.
Im running EK dual DDC with x-tops, PWM.
All tubes are 13/19mm Primochill Primoflex.
All fittings are by Bitspower.
CPU block is by EK, Supremacy EVO full nickel ([email protected]_1.415v,delided,direct-die cooling,CL Pro)
MB mosfet block is by EK too(Asus Maximus VII Hero)
2*4GB DDR3 G.Skill TridentX 2933MHz (Need to OC these but no time, NOT cooled by WC)

I'll get some pics guys smile.gif

Also, I bought this Active backplate of Aquatuning.co.uk. Thats the only place u can find it in the UK. When I bought it they had 2 in stock(~ a week ago). Now they are AOS, sadly

CPU: Intel i7 4790K 5100MHz @1.335V MB: Asus ROG Maximus VII Formula RAM: 4x4GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 2666MHz CL10 VGA: Asus ROG GTX 1080Ti Strix 2152MHz @1.131V SDD: Samsung 870 PRO 1TB NVME + 860 EVO 1TB PSU: Asus ROG Thor Platinum 850W MON: Asus ROG Swift PG278Q 27"

This is how it should be according to manual.

This is how i did it. I added some extra thermal pads on the other side of vrms and cores for improved cooling. The same way as EK block.
