So my waterblocked 295x2s are gone. Long story but that entire PC is no longer.

As such I still have the boxes, the stock coolers and backplates. I know people often have their stock cooling system fail so I am thinking of offering these for sale. Not sure what to sell them for? Suggestions? XFX 295x2 units.

Dead core/gpu?

I have a Sapphire R9 295x2. Suddenly the computer only seems to detect one gpu, same when i use speccy,gpu-z,hardware monitor, afterburner and catalyst. Crossfire is disabled and blanked out, so not able to enable it.
Any solutions? I have tried all sorts of catalyst versions, using Windows 7. PSU is 1050W, tried also different psu no difference. Tried flashing bios, but only able to view and flash 1 core (primary core) using atiflash.
Temperatures are fine and cooling seems to work. Any suggestions? Or is the card dead (meaning it still works, but I guess now its only a quite expensive, watercooled, R9 290X...

Ive tried using google finding others with similar issues, seems like some of them managed to get it working again, but unfortunately those solutions havent really done much for me.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Cool, thanks. I just boxed them up and put them in storage. If somebody posts looking for a stock cooler some day I have them otherwise they can just sit in storage.

Hi, I've been running a 295x2 since 2014.. I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to say I bought a 2nd 295x2 off Ebay a few weeks ago to play with till the Ampere cards show up. In some benchmarks like 3Dmark and Heaven the cards score extremely well with my 9900k ...But only half of one card runs in BFV... But in BF4 it pegs the fps's to 200 on high settings... (very little stuttering) I know it ain't perfect :-(

Just thought I'd check and see if anyone else still uses these cards?

Pete
