With an i2c dump we could know if you have a different I2C address. If not it could be blocked.

Yes I will try on windows and see. What is interesting is that the last 3 tables are different between these VOIs

20 03 00 00 10 00 52 03 02 00 00 00 84 03 02 00 10 00 B6 03 -> 570
20 03 00 00 10 00 52 03 02 00 00 00 84 03 00 80 00 00 B6 03 -> 580

Could possibly be VDDCI for the single phase, since 3 states correspond to 800mv/850mv/950/mv for the 3 memory states.

Not sure why the 570 has 0x020010 at the beginning of the last state, and 570 is 0x00800

MSIAfterburner.exe -i2cdump - not works for me too.
The only way I was able to get dump from ncp81022 is with AIDA64 -> Video Debug -> ATI SMBus Dump Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Yes, ATI SMBus Dump in aida is working for me. AB dump isn't working as well for my. I see that the how to get the aida i2c dump video is erased in fiji bios editing thread.
