Out of all the bios' I've tried for my 480 (Hellm's, BCB, few others) this pulse bios .03.1 gives me the best performance out of them all. Hope this project doesn't die.

Only thing I've noticed wrong is the GPU usage in HWinfo will show spikes of activity (up to 100% sometimes) during idle or web surfing or other non intensive tasks. No voltage spikes though, and it's only sometimes.

Haven't caught this happening on any other bios I've tried. Otherwise all seems good. I'd say just as stable as your Better custom bios with a performance boost slightly.

Sorry for digging this up but I have a Sapphire RX 580 8GB pulse and am looking into flashing a RX 580 nitro+ bios on it... Is it feasible ?

Hi Vento041, I found a different RX 580 Pulse.Not E353 PCB but E387.
The vBIOS's VOI table looks like IR3567B.

Nice to know... But this mod is obsolete and abandoned (by me of course). Trying to get a real 580 bios on a 480 IMO should not be done in this way.

Btw wow this bios actually looks promising xD even some more obscure variables have the same values.... Would be nice to find a PCB photo tho
Not so many tables are different also, and not by much I would also say... The only data table with different content revision is "ComponentVideoInfo" which probably means that card has different display outputs...

According to my test , display output is related to Object_Info/Object_Head table.
I've found these different definitions.
1HDMI 3DP(Reference)
1DVI 1HDMI 3DP(Powercolor mining 1DVI 1HDMI 1DP use this in BIOS)
1DVI 2HDMI 2DP(Sapphire mining single DVI use this in BIOS)
1DVI 1HDMI 1DP(Sapphire ITX card)

E387 should have the same phase quantity(4-phase GPU) as E353.
I flashed its vBIOS to E353, current reading is normal.
I haven't found a photo of E387.
Compared E387's vBIOS with E349(Reference RX470 4-phase) or E347(Nitro+ RX470 4-phase and RX480 5-phase) or Reference(6-phase), the VOI table is not like any of them.

I found RX 570 Nitro+ OC have a PCB looks like RX 480 Nitro+ OC, yes, it's E387. 5 phases VRM.
And RX 580 Pulse E387 may have 6 phases VRM.(I can not find a picture to confirm that.)

Maybe we can try with RX 570 E387 for RX 480 E347?
