I understand, the peak boost was still tested for stability before shipping the products. That's why the LC is binned and which is why it will most likely clock higher when someone bugs the card to run at P7 all the time.
I currently have it running at 1750Mhz all the time with 1750/1105Mhz @ 1175mV without an issue.
How did you get the card to run at P7 all the time? The only way I know is to disable all but P7 state in the OverDriveNTool.
