Need help editing rx480 bios

Hello, I was wondering is someone could help me editing my bios via hex, for example enabling LLC and set vrms to 500hz, plus some other settings to improve my card.

Right now is with a 580 bios at 1300mv 1455mhz.

Well fps gain with clock is not that much on polaris, mem oc and better timings is the best way to have performance at 0 cost.

Anyway I figured it out, currently reached 1485mhz at 1300mv, but still testing, not sure about stability.
