Is my graphic card damaged? (vega 64 1day old)

Hi guys!

Just build my first computer.

And the first thing i did was to overclock (and lowered voltages)
to my SAPPHIRE RADEON NITRO+ RX VEGA 64.

Aaaand my computer froze. Thats what soppose to happend under a overclock for what I know.

then I had hard time to restart.
My screens was flickering and it seems to reboot every 0.5 sec..
But I menage to get it to work again.

But now my background seems to dissapear in squares xD
here is picture of it

My background seems to appear after 10-30 minutes or so.
I have restored and uninstalled afterburner.

Does this have anything to do with overclocking my GPU?
Or just windows.
How can i fix this issue?

Thanks guys, And im sad that this has to be my first thread!

Sounds like somethings still trying to apply that unstable overclock.
Id completely wipe all the gfx drivers with DDU and start fresh again.

Do a clean uninstall of your drivers (click on the driver package installation file>uninstall driver>custom uninstall>clean uninstall). After everything, run DDU in safe mode & & click "clean & restart" after you select AMD GPU drivers. If you didn't know already, to reboot in safe mode under windows 10, hold shift as you click restart (troubleshoot>advance recovery>more options").
