290x Crossfire assistance

Fellow OCNers. Been awhile since my last post. Hoping someone can provide some guidance on my issue. Cant seem to get crossfire to work with GTA V. Crossfire works with Battlefield and Rise of the Tomb Raider. My 2nd GPU is not being utilized. 0 load. I recall playing GTA V in crossfire back then and now it appears to not be working. I have not downloaded any new drivers and was seeing if there was something I need to try before going that route. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thxs

I have the R9 290s in CF and usually when CF does not work, I check to make sure the ULPS is disabled in MSI Afterburner (you can also disable it in the registry). Usually this happens when I update Afterburner and forget to disable ULPS again. Also make sure that CF is enabled in Radeon Global Settings and in the game profile under the gaming tab.

Update.....Yes, running at full screen. ULPS disabled. Radeon Global Settings and In game profile are good to go. I played Rise of the Tomb Raider in Crossfire for about an hour. No Problems. Played Battlefield 1 in crossfire for about 30 min. No Problems. I am running older drivers 17.10.1 I will try to update to new drivers but want to wait until I exhaust all other options. I am skeptical that updating to new drivers will fix my issue. I mean I am talking about GTA V. Game was released in 2015. Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.
