XFX will make VEGA VII GPUs

I have seen news about a couple of vendors will be selling the VEGA VII, but no XFX yet

so i searched "xfx vega VII"on google.
google found a page, wich was erased since !

thankfully it's cached.
see the pictures attached

why is this important ??
XFX is the only manufacturer I know that's allowing to put a waterblock on the card (you have to register it and ask them before)
it's also written in their warranty for north america :

"XFX understands that some enthusiasts may choose to replace the original component with their own cooling solution. To support the gaming community, it is required that you contact XFX prior to any modifications so that we can update your profile and product registration to avoid potential issues with warranty support. Its pretty cool that they honor waterblock tampered cards for RMA.
Now, the AIB are making the ref boards only?
AMD will sell all the ref board rebrands, from all the AIBs on AMD.com?
If i buy the card from AMD.com, is it AMD thats gonna honor the RMA or the AIB?
Which AIB partner has the best track record for RMAs on the AMD side?

AFAIK, it's the same as always, the cards are sold on the usual resellers (newegg, amazon, etc), with the names of the "manufacturer" (XFX, powercolor, etc)

but it's only reference design models, no custom models will be made.
