how do i create a custom resolution or overclock my monitor?

It's been about 11-13 years since i had an AMD card and i recently bought an old radeon 3870 off ebay for fun and im running it on my main rig for the nostalgia feels but im having trouble figuring out how to run my monitor at 75Hz. with my 1080 i just use custom resolution with 75Hz but the amd drivers (ATi CC) doesnt seem to have that function so im unsure how to proceed. Any input would make my evening.
