Help With PPT Mods / Increasing Power Limit

Hey guys!
Still doing some overclocking on my GigaByte Gaming OC Vega 56, I currently have -75mv Core, 1680 set Coreclock, 880 HBM (Hynix) stable (99 looped runs on Metro LL benchmark and other programs) with my temps still in range (65c - 70c on core and HBM)

So, Im trying to do PPT mods to increase my power limit to 100% or even 150%, and Im using the tables found here
https://www.overclock.net/forum/67-a...#post_26297003

I changed the 32 to 96 however I'm not seeing a boost in my power limit (Still limited to 50%), and yes, i've rebooted my PC. Even went into regedit to make sure the regkey is in the proper folder and place.
I re-installed windows yesterday and have done a DDU and reinstall of drivers. Can I get some help here?
