Advice / Help Undervolting Vega 56 eGPU @ Windows 10 + macOS

Well this is my first attempt undervolting. Running 19.3.3 drivers.
Everything seems fine for now, ran FurMark some time, played The Division 2 and tried Unigine Superposition.
I'm attaching some screenshots followed by 3 questions that I have.
Current Wattman Settings
Running FurMark GPU and Memory clocks never go beyond the 1530 MHz / 700 MHz

1- What do you think about the settings? Would you keep pushing forward? Is there something you would change?

2- About the GPU / Memory clocks. Is there a reason why they don't go beyond the 1530MHz or 700MHz?

3- If I want the memory to run @950MHz I have to set this state as the min / max, so it will be ALWAYS be running at that clock. Is there any way to make it dynamic ?

Thanks !
